- Your body is your own (with controversy about unborn child… and the ‘competent adult’ age is subjective).
- Tax is theft. If you think its voluntary, because of some social contract… consider whether you signed that contract… and what happens if you choose not to pay tax.
- Victimless crime (taking drugs by itself is not aggressive although inebriation does not excuse aggression either, prostitution, gambling)
- The government decides what is pollution.
- Indigenous land – draw a line in the sand. Imminent domain is not justified. But also, our ancestors were all aggressed against. We cannot fix the past. We can only commit not to aggress from now onwards. Albeit we can do reparations if the victim and culprit and value can be clearly identified. But we can honor that there was aggression… can we find a win win like charging tourists to see stolen treasure that benefits the community that was historically stolen from.
- Drugs – not wrong until they aggress
- Pedophiles – illegal to abuse children. Not illegal to create or watch child porn.
