Marc J. Victor, Esq.
Marc J. Victor Bar is a certified Criminal Law Specialist by The Arizona Board of Legal Specialization and is admitted in Arizona & Hawai‘i. Marc has been zealously representing clients in serious state and federal criminal law matters for well over twenty-five years. He has twice debated Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery on the drug war.
Marc has represented clients in more than a thousand major felony cases including first and second-degree murder, sex cases, gun cases, major drug cases, complex white-collar cases, federal appeals, high-profile civil rights, personal injury, and other complex state and federal matters. His jury trial experience includes several murder trials including death eligible matters as well as complex sex and drug cases including both state and federal courts.
During his career, Marc has successfully represented clients in many high-profile and media attention cases, including his representation of Elizabeth Johnson in the nationally televised “Baby Gabriel” case. He has also successfully argued before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
Marc has always been interested in what rules are best to govern human interactions. It was this interest that inspired him to go to law school in 1992. While in law school, Marc was fortunate to have Butler Shaffer as his law professor. Butler inspired Marc to think independently and deeply about the nature of human freedom. Since Marc's law school graduation in 1994, Marc has been a tireless activist for advancing the cause of human freedom for all people. Marc believes all competent adults own themselves and their lives.
As an activist, Marc has given countless speeches to countless groups always advocating for the rights of competent adults to run their lives as they see fit. Marc has also promoted freedom on television, radio, the internet, in articles, and in formal debates. He named his law firm, "The Attorneys For Freedom" which hires only pro-freedom attorneys and is well-known for representing people in criminal defense matters and speaking out publicly on individual liberty issues.
In 2019, Marc founded the Live and Let Live Global Peace Movement to build a community of committed people advocating for freedom globally. The Movement promotes a legal principle that can be described with the phrase, "Don't Be An Aggressor!" and a moral principle that can be described with the phrase, "Be A Good Human." Marc is also writing a book entitled, "Live and Let Live: Two Rules For Global Freedom, Peace, and Prosperity." Freedom has always been more important to Marc than money, fame, or almost anything else. Marc is a principled man of character who cannot be intimidated or corrupted.
Marc has also been quoted locally, nationally, and internationally on radio, television, and in print. Several local and national media outlets turn to Marc for his legal commentary and expertise on high-profile criminal cases.
In 2022, Marc is on the U.S. Senate ballot for Arizona as a Libertarian, though he is clear on promoting Live and Let Live as his platform.
Marc and firm partner Andrew Marcantel host The Peace Radicals Podcast with a new episode every Friday. The Peace Radicals is available on most streaming platforms including Apple Podcasts and Spotify and is also available to watch on YouTube.

Howard Blitz
My name is Howard Blitz, Founder/Director of The Freedom Library in Yuma Arizona.
I came to Live and Let Live through the libertarian philosophy.
However, I just always believed in the Freedom Philosophy, which is the libertarian philosophy.
I remember back in college at the University of Arizona in my economics classes about free markets, how they worked, and that it would probably be the best method of achieving any end.
When I went to work for the Bank of Hawaii in Honolulu, my freedom philosophy became crystalize and learned about FEE and met its founder, Leonard Read.
Ever since then I always wanted to start a similar organization to promote freedom.
I found the libertarian philosophy after working at the bank and founded The Freedom Library after that.
Live and Let Live is just an extension of the Freedom Philosophy.
So, here I am interacting with all of the folks who truly believe in freedom and Live ad Let Live.
We will take over the world.

Jon Wolfenbarger
Jon Wolfenbarger was born and raised in Texas. He was in the Honors Business Program at University of Texas at Austin and earned an MBA at Duke University. He worked in investment banking for three years and investment management as an equity analyst for over 22 years. He is Founder and CEO of BullAndBearProfits.com, an investment website and newsletter focused on helping investors generate high returns in both bull and bear markets.
He lived in San Francisco, California for over two decades before moving to Lisbon, Portugal with his wife in 2019, where he started the Portugal chapter of "Live and Let Live". Jon loves music, soccer, tennis, travel, food, wine and good friends.
Jon began studying the "live and let live" philosophy in college, learning about individual rights, peace, freedom and voluntary cooperation from great writers such as Ludwig von Mises, Murray N. Rothbard and Ayn Rand. Jon believes "live and let live" will be the dominant philosophy in the future, since everyone ultimately wants peace, freedom, prosperity and happiness. Jon believes that once enough people learn that "live and let live" is the only way we can achieve those goals, it will dominate the culture and those who initiate aggression and despotism will no longer be supported. He wants to share this philosophy with as many people as possible so he can live in a free society in his lifetime.
