Three connected tracks run across the program, combining talks, workshops, and open discussion. Each session offers an idea to take away and think through: how might it apply to you personally, and to the wider community and movement?
The intellectual foundation the rest of the program sits on. The State of the 3L Philosophy (with Q&A) and Legal Principle: Forms and Applications set out what the Legal and Moral Principles are, before two Difficult Questions sessions put them to the test against hard, real-world cases.
Learning to spread the message and building real relationships with fellow Ambassadors. Communicating 3L works through messaging for different audiences; Project Arizona Lightning Talks introduce the wider ecosystem of freedom-focused projects; and the Circle exercise plus a dedicated Social Activity session build the peer network that carries on past Phoenix.
Turning principle into action. We will discuss Top Down and Ground Up strategies to compare political solutions with personal and local initiatives. Contribute to 3L's fundraising and Ambassador program to showcase how Live and Let Live is a practical, moral, and appealing approach to advance individuals' personal missions.
These three tracks draw on Live and Let Live's own strategic pillars: Awareness, Belonging, and Change.
Built in the Personal Mission workshop: a short written commitment to one concrete next step, whether that's a chapter you'll start, an initiative you'll run, or how you'll grow into your role as an Ambassador.
Input from the Difficult Questions and Top Down and Ground Up Strategies sessions, shared directly with the Council and leadership team.
Building on our work during 3L Dawn as founding 3L Ambassadors, you'll give input and offer assistance to other Ambassadors in achieving their goals, and learn from others to pursue your own Live and Let Live-aligned projects.
Registration and arrivals to the venue from noon on October 29, 2026. The program itself runs October 30 to November 2, 2026, during the 250th anniversary of American independence.

No fee. Accommodation at Gilbert Grand Private and all meals are covered for the duration of the program.

Ambassadors will be hosted together at Gilbert Grand Private, a spacious private residence in Gilbert, Arizona, just outside Phoenix, at 16621 South Lindsay Road, Gilbert, AZ 85295. Registration and arrivals to the accommodation open from noon on October 29, 2026.

3L Dawn brings together the people building Live and Let Live today: its founder, its executive leadership, and speakers with decades of combined experience in law, governance, investing, and movement-building.
Robbie joined 3L full-time in 2025 after a career in sustainable investing, having served as Director and Portfolio Manager at Allianz Global Investors in London and San Francisco, where he managed multi-billion-dollar equity strategies including the Global Sustainability Fund and the Positive Change Fund. He is a CFA charterholder, trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC, and holds a first-class degree from the University of Leeds. Robbie holds a lifelong interest in how people and nature can coexist in harmony brought him to Live and Let Live.
Marc's commitment to freedom and peaceful coexistence led him to found the Live and Let Live movement in 2019. A criminal defense attorney since 1994 and founder of the Attorneys For Freedom Law Firm, he has represented clients in well over a thousand major felony matters and argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Marc is the author of The Live and Let Live Philosophy: How We Can Achieve Global Freedom, Peace, and Prosperity by Consistently Applying Two Fundamental Principles.
Maria Alejandra leads the professional training portfolios of Liberty International. She is an activist and business coach with years of experience advising companies and individuals across industries, with a particular passion for entrepreneurship, balanced living, and human liberty. She holds a degree in Finance and International Trade with a minor in Humanities, co-founded the Colombian chapter of the Ladies of Liberty Alliance, and directed Colombia's Libertarian Movement from 2018 to 2020, leading into her hosting the 2021 Liberty International World Conference in Medellín.
Scott serves as Governance Director of Live and Let Live and sits on its Global Council. He is Special Counsel at the International Aerospace Law & Policy Group and Managing Director of Raker. Scott's projects help entrepreneurs and managers navigate regulation, security, and governance design. He also teaches law and economics to graduate students and professionals worldwide, with a particular focus on governance models protecting individual rights and facilitating avenues for prosperity.
Peter (Pete) Tingstrom is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with over 30 years of distinguished service across Infantry, Special Forces (Green Beret), and Army Aviation branches. He is the owner of Aloha Oahu Weddings & Events, where he creates meaningful, personalized experiences in Hawai‘i, and he remains deeply involved in veteran organizations, including leadership within the Special Forces Association. His work consistently centers on connection, purpose, and service to others.
Dennis Jose Mattam is a legal and project management professional from Kerala, India. He is a licensed lawyer practicing in the Indian Courts and leads the South Asian portfolio of Students for Liberty. Dennis also serves as an advisor to the Swatantrata Center, aiming for every individual to have the choice and opportunity to lead a decent life with dignity. Dennis has overseen year-long hybrid training completions in several countries across fields including academic education, up-skilling, liberal activism, career guidance, and mentorship.
