Doug serves as Live and Let Live’s Marketing Director. He is also with Attorneys For Freedom Law Firm, Attorneys On Retainer and 3L since 2024 and has additional experience in Leadership, Management, Customer Service, Speaking and Training.
Doug pursues Individual Greatness using critical thinking, a fun & friendly personality and creating responsible/accountable relationships. Individual Greatness has three foundational questions: 1) Is it True? 2) Is it Healthy? 3) Is it Smart?
Sales and Marketing is about building trust & credibility, helping others achieve their needs & wants and utilizing clear, defined & detailed communication.
Doug graduated with a B.S, Sales & Marketing and quickly understood that academic education is mostly “b.s.”, far from reality. Therefore, Doug has self-studied, tested and applied human behavior, psychology, health & nutrition and of course, sales & marketing. Books, videos and seminars are a resource, but the world is a wonderful playground for actual doing, demonstrating and proving.
Doug received the nickname “Doug, The Fun Coach” as a sports referee & social coordinator for a large co-ed adult league. He ranked first in company surveys/reviews during his first quarter from the players & participants and continued that success while refereeing over ten different sports and helping coordinate several social events (overseeing 500- 750+ people weekly). Doug was a lead trainer on the Sales & Marketing Team.
Everyone is an Individual and should be treated as such. Individual Greatness is about diminishing one’s internal limitations, creating value for others and getting rid of external forced nonsense, namely eliminating the aggression of other people that are deemed to have “power, control and elite” status (politicians, agencies, etc.); Slaves vote for their masters. LIVE AND LET LIVE…DO NO HARM!
The basis to any personal and professional success is through search, research and examination. 1) To know history & how things truly work. 2) Understanding causes v. symptoms. 3) With logic & reasoning, having respectful dialogue TO QUESTION EVERYTHING & EVERYONE!
Doug has also had professional activities/associations with several chambers of commerce, local schools and networking groups.
